Banana cream pie, biscuits covered in honey, and coconut cream aromas softly rise from the glass. On the whole, the nose is light but well-defined. On the palate this is orchard sweet with a spicy backbone: ripe peaches, apples, and pears spar with chocolate and chiles. The finish is bold and long with noticeable heat underpinning apple pie and coffee, churros, and oak.
