A blend of bourbon and rye aged for a minimum of 10 years. Nosing the glass is akin to standing in line at the bakery, with aromas of cherry pie, pastry icing, baking spices, powdered sugar, and cardamom. There are more baking spices on the palate, then cherry cola, vanilla, grape juice, and roasted nuts. The spices are pleasantly sharper on the finish, adding cinnamon stick, torched orange, and cardamom pods.
