High West’s bourbon-rye blend that was part of the original core lineup and is now a limited annual distillery exclusive. Vanilla, citrus, and new leather on the nose. The palate offers maple syrup, cinnamon-sprinkled doughnuts, hot chocolate, and aged oak, all balanced by muted spice. Long, smooth, and filled with chocolate and cinnamon spice on the finish, where the flavors really sing. Still a great dram, too bad there isn’t more of it.—DF
