High West Cask Strength Blend of Straights, 58.5%

First introduced in 2023, this expression has been released in occasional limited-edition batches since then. Cherries and red berries lead the way on the nose, with a lovely dry fragrance that’s balanced by oak. The palate is sweet and well-spiced, with cherry tart and raspberry coulis, but a bit hot in carrying its proof. Chocolate notes on the finish are accompanied by more cherry and red berry.
