Highland Park Cask Strength Heather, 63.6%

The sixth iteration of Highland Park’s cask strength expression, first launched in 2020. Perfumed aromatic peat on the nose, along with grape hard candy and barbecued meat fat. Very peaty on the palate—more peated flavors than in previous expressions—with barbecue, raspberry coulis, pepper spice, and cherry pie. Smooth and fruity on the finish as it gives way to red berries and creamy vanilla.
