This bright and vibrant malt is distilled from California-sourced barley purchased from six farms across the state. The nose is tropical, herbal, and slightly earthy. Passion fruit, sweet anise, and damp grass sing loudest, with bitter grains, Honey Nut Cheerios, and fruit tart in the background. The palate follows the nose with sweet mint, grilled pineapple, and forest floor. The finish is soft and fades slowly with honeyed grains and coffee with milk.
