Toasted walnuts, brownie batter, and a hint of amaretto are more subtle on the nose, but round out the fruit-forward aroma. The palate shows raisins, dried apricots, cinnamon stick, baking chocolate, and brown sugar. The finish lasts long and reveals baked apples, more raisins, and slightly bitter chocolate, with a turn toward confectioners sugar as it fades.
