Holyrood Distillery Ambir, 49.8%

Ambir includes a variety of specialty malts, including Highland peated, Vienna, chocolate, and Crystal 240. It is sweet and fruity, with excellent balance. On the nose, there’s pineapple, vanilla ice cream, and honeyed oats. The palate delivers cocoa powder, cantaloupe, and a whisper of spiced smoke. The finish is warming, with gentle smoke and waves of dried fruit.
