This is a funky one. Yeast fills the nose, calling to mind freshly baked bread, hay, and a musty old barn, though there’s a pleasant honey-on toast aroma, too. The palate is light and a bit thin, and tends toward sugary flavors like powdered sugar, creme brûlée, and candied lemon. Cinnamon spice yields the faintest heat, though it fades quickly. A short finish takes this one home, and it follows the path shown on the palate by way of vanilla extract and lemon.
