There is light fruitiness on the nose in the form of melon candy, apple, pear slices in syrup, and blueberry pie, alongside some new leather and chocolate-covered graham crackers. The palate is likewise syrupy, with notes of sweet mint and herbs, blackberry tart, and with water added, the woodiness of an antiques shop. A mid-length to short finish brings shortbread cookies, vanilla cream, and cider vinegar.
