The palate, while still heavily smoky, shows more depth, with orange and lime mingling with iodine and warming cocoa. The finish is spicier with cinnamon and cloves amidst the smoke. While on the shorter side, the finish wraps up with stewed apples and pears, balancing sweet and smoky flavors.
