Rich in Island and Speyside malts, the palate has red apple, gingerbread, damsons, clove, black tea, and peaty embers, buoyed by dark toffee and milk chocolate before a second wave of bonfire smoke and smoked pecans. A spicy finish of dry oak and vanilla seeds.
