A single cask matured in bourbon barrels and finished in a muscatel cask. The nose has red apple, summer red berries, whipped cream, a hint of black currant, citrus peel, prune, and fresh fig. It has beautiful weight in the mouth, with malt, apple, sultana, chocolate, black cherry mousse, and a frisson of spices throughout that continues into the finish, joined by a hint of mint leaf; (New Hampshire exclusive; Release date: 1/25)
