The palate is light and smooth, with root beer, milk chocolate, bubble gum, spice, and sweet banana. With water it turns a bit tannic and blunt. There’s a light spice note on the finish, like cinnamon on rice pudding, plus some chocolate and strawberry jam. Unusual but solid.
