This limited-edition rye has a mashbill of 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley, and is aged for 10 years at the top of a rickhouse. It’s a riot of flavor, from Bit-O-Honey to crème brûlée and lemon cough drops. Water brings spice, adding some wasabi and ginger along with tons of wood. Amazing flavor and tremendous balance.
