This blend was matured in bourbon barrels and red wine casks seasoned with a blend of Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry. It’s wonderfully jammy on the nose, with aromas of black cherry jam, vanilla, caramel, pepper, tobacco, raisin, and a hint of fresh oak. Fruity, juicy, and light on the palate, it delivers fresh fig, cherry, plum, gingersnap, chocolate, caramel, and smoke. The finish is full of dried fruit and smoke. (Release date: 3/25)
