At cask strength it’s nutty, with sweet vanilla, candied peel, baked cookies, and pecans, developing butterscotch and more oakiness as it dilutes, with an oak spice and toasted almond finish. Dilute to your preferred drinking strength to boost the nutty and spicy elements on the palate.
