Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask, 43%

The combination of oloroso, PX, and muscatel sherry casks has resulted in a gorgeously red whisky, nosing of plump berry fruits, cherry, blueberry, red apple, watermelon syrup, and hints of ginger, cinnamon, and cedarwood. This is whisky for berry-picking season. Drenched in sherry notes, the palate has fig raisin, cola, damson jam, and a touch of black currant, leaning into the PX flavor profile by the end.
