Layered and dynamic, with notes of cherries, sweet mint, candied orange, honey, vanilla soft serve, roasted nuts, and Fruit Roll-Ups on the nose. It’s aromatic, syrupy, and sweet. Lots of cinnamon heat on the creamy palate, which delivers cherry pie, milk chocolate, and caramel candies. A splash of water opens it up nicely without sacrificing any character. A waxy and buttery finish brings cinnamon roll and maple syrup, a beautiful conclusion to a beautiful whiskey.
