Ki One Batch 2 Virgin American Oak & First Fill Bourbon, 40%

This doesn’t have a very commanding nose, but shows hints of orange peel, peanut, fudge, and oak spices. It’s smooth, with citrus, gentle spices, baked orange, fudge, and burnt sugar, then roasted peach and a mild pepperiness on the finish. I would love to know if this will mellow over time in good quality wood, but for now, it tastes more like an inexpensive blended scotch.
