This annual limited offering from Kilchoman marries peat and sherry funk, balancing sweet and inviting flavors with a hint of wildness. On the nose, plenty of peat meets overripe berries, grilled pineapple, and honey, balancing the smoky, earthy aromas. The palate dials back the smoke and reveals milk chocolate, citrus, French toast, and tart and funky red fruits.
