Water cools the spice heat, but neat, there’s candied orange, dates, pepper, clove, peat smoke, roasted nuts, gingerbread, dark chocolate, oak char, and dark soy sauce, with a finish of burnt oak, dark chocolate- covered ginger, and peat fires.
