The nose is incredibly soft, with apple pie filling, grilled pineapple, vanilla cream, peach, heather honey, fading peat smoke, oak shavings, and a hint of cinnamon breakfast cereal. Quietly elegant, with flavors of Seville orange peel, baked pastries, and a spritz of sea spray followed by apricot jam, walnut, and malted milk. A long-lingering finish of baked fruit, lemon peel, and salt crystals follows.
