Waves of smoky marmalade balance with aromas of black cherry, milk chocolate, and sanded oak: The smoke shows a satisfying peaty edge. The sherry cask has loaded this with dried fruit characteristics of sultana, cherry, and citrus peel, matched with chocolate, singed oak, and peat smoke. A big hit of cinnamon follows, rounding out with sugared nuts, cappuccino, blackberry, peppery peat smoke, and citrus peel to finish.
