This year’s edition of the core Kilchoman expression in the portfolio, matured in a mix of 90% bourbon barrels and 10% oloroso sherry casks. Overripe fruit on the nose, with figs and ripe pears leading to sweeter notes of pow- dered sugar, toasted marshmallow, caramelized sugar, dark chocolate, espresso bean, earthy peat, char, and cracked pepper. The finish is long, adding tangy peat, fresh peaches and apricots, and a balanced oak influence
