This is the oldest in this range from Ian Macleod Distillers, and it brings aromas of sultana, fig, vanilla extract, red currant jelly, chocolate hobnobs, and peppercorn on the nose. It’s gently fruity to taste with wild cherry gummy candy, sultana, creamy malt, gingerbread, cinnamon latte, and summer red berries, concluding with a spicy but mouth-coating finish.
