Delicate floral blossom aromas, orange peel, and waxed lemon on this organic whisky, but it's quite restrained from an olfactory perspective. The palate is an entirely different matter, however, with red apple and wine notes, damson, sultana, and spice, melting slowly into malt, toffee, wood spices, and sesame oil, with a hint of milk chocolate before a warm, sweet, juicy finish.
