The third and final batch of 2025. Soft and subtle on the nose, with musty oak sweetness, vanilla cream, caramel, brown sugar, and bakery notes. The palate is spicy and dry but also fruity—blackberry and blueberry—with pepper spice. It’s a hot one that needs water, but the fruit, honey, and vanilla all come through. The sumptuous finish offers cinnamon spice, dark chocolate, and tiramisu.
