The nose is dry and quite grainy, with shredded wheat and toast on the fore. With time in the glass, it’s brightened considerably by orange wedge, dried apricot, and peach rings. The palate is well-spiced and round, balancing cinnamon spice with dried fruit and chocolate: there’s cinnamon babka, raisin bread, oat milk latte, and Charleston Chew. More spice piles onto the finish, joined by chocolate muffi baked oranges, and coffee cake.
