This BIB Tennessee whiskey is Leiper’s Fork core expression alongside its bourbon and rye, with both the bourbon and Tennessee whiskey also available in barrel-strength versions. The nose offers fresh fruit, oak, and mince pie. These aromas continue to a fairly complex palate that adds milk chocolate and red berries, balanced against drier notes of hay, oak tannins, and white pepper. A long finish completes the experience.
