Luscious and thick on the palate, with honey, pear, mixed nuts, pepper, toffee, vanilla creaminess, and a beautiful oakiness from the virgin wood. Subtle smoke emerges on the finish, with a hint of peppermint. This is a charming whisky, verging on elegant.
