Aromas of roasted coffee bean, stewed fruits, green apple, vanilla pod, and bonfire smoke. The palate has brown sugar-sprinkled orchard fruits, vanilla seeds, and a slow build-up of layers of smoke and pepperiness, with apple peels, smoke, and spices on the finish.
