Matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry, and STR casks, the nose is enticing and approachable with fresh pear, lime marmalade, jellied fruits, and dried orange slices. The palate opens with canned pears, pepper, and clove, adding a distinctive macadamia nuttiness, then marmalade, followed by spiced grapefruit and a waxy finish with bright citrus and warming clove.
