Rye grain and Grape-Nuts on the nose, followed by a palate offering the sweetness of candied strawberries and raspberries, baking spice, and sweet orange, with peppery spice at the back. The finish is long and sweet, while the spice recedes to blackberry and chocolate. It’s a lively ride that ends well.
