Lost Lantern Far Flung Bourbon 100 Slow Proofed Blend of Straights, 50%

A blend of bourbons from the same distillers as Far Flung Bourbon IV, and also proofed down over a number of weeks. The sweet nose offers honey, Juicy Fruit, marzipan, and fresh oak. Vanilla and coconut on the palate. A bit hot for its ABV, and the wood is somewhat overbearing. The finish offers pepper spice, vanilla, and peanut shells.
