Hailing from Georgia’s ASW Distillery, this is a 7 year old. The nose captures malt-heavy flavors: there’s rich chocolate, Werther’s candies, and wood spice, as well as strawberry jam and torched orange. The palate is deliciously creamy and packed with wood influence, alongside an earthier note of anise. Pepper, barrel char, and baking spice round out the finish.
