Made from 100% malted barley, 30% of which was mesquite-smoked, and aged 3.5 years. Bubble gum sweetness, taffy, vanilla fudge, and coffee ice cream on the nose. Earthiness, soapiness, canned peaches, melon, deep sweetness, and chocolate pie on the palate. Water brings out more fruit flavors that are not integrating as well as they could. The finish offers golden apples and peach, but overall, there isn’t a lot of depth.
