Macaloney's Signature Selection Kildara Single Pot Still (Batch 1), 46%

Triple distilled single pot still whisky from far-western Canada’s Macaloney’s Island Distillery, matured in bourbon, virgin Ameri can, oloroso, and PX casks. Dusty oak, chocolate bar, and cooked dark fruits on the nose, with notes of baking spice and mince pie. The palate is balanced and smooth, offering flavors of coffee cake and caffe latte. The finish provides a nice coda of more balanced sweetness. Quite the delicious dram.
