Maker's Mark Cellar Aged (2024 Release), 59.65%

This is the second release of Maker’s Cellar Aged, and it pushes the highest age in the blend up to 13 years. The nose is fragrant with freeze-dried strawberries, fluffernutter, and peanut shells—a sort of deconstructed PB&J. The palate is fruity but balanced, combining notes of chocolate and roasted chestnut with cherry and wheat toast. More fruit on the finish, concluding a pleasant, if unremarkable ride.
