Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, this was distilled from Rosalina, Sebastian, and Tipple malted barley varieties. Lemon curd, vanilla, golden syrup, white pepper, and lime aromas, with floral top notes and a pleasant grassiness. Honeyed, silken, and beautifully weighted with lemon meringue pie, sweet peanut candy, green apple, vanilla cookie, and candied lemon flavors. The finish is spicy, with graham cracker and vanilla frosting.
