Produced at The Distillery in Lambertville, New Jersey from a mashbill of 74% corn, 8% rye, and 18% malted barley. The nose is inviting with sweet honey, madeleines, ground almonds, and soft butter mints. Granola, toasted nuts, Cheerios, and heather honey on the palate, it’s slightly mouth-drawing until the creaminess breaks through. Then vanilla, marzipan, and cornbread shine, rounding off a breakfast cereal and honey finish.
