Malloy Hall Peated, 43%

Henley, Sebastian, and Prestige malt varieties are peated to 45 PPM, a level similar to Laphroaig’s malt, creating a nose of lemon mousse, citrus peel, mandarin, and bonfire smoke. It’s tasty, with honey, lemon sherbet, and ground black pepper, plus peat smoke pulsing in the background. A beautiful gingersnap note comes in later, ushering in a long finish of peat smoke and gingerbread.
