This one was made from Rosalina, Sebastian, and Barke barley varieties and matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Raisins, baked plum, marmalade, and polished leather aromas, with hints of peppercorn and cocoa powder on cappuccino foam. More marmalade, along with lime peel, black pepper, blackberry, leather, and hints of grapefruit on the palate. The spices subside on the finish with Red Vines and dried vine fruits.
