Manatawny Select Four Grain, 59%

Dark, almost ruby in color, with sweet hints of pastry shop and vanilla frosting, and candy store notes of strawberry Twizzlers and bubble gum. The palate is rich with chocolate plum pudding and baking spice, but needs water, which reveals black cherry, chocolate fudge, and Red Hots. This one gets off to a good start on the nose, but proves somewhat lacking in depth, though with excellent flavors.
