The aromas are inviting and the proof is barely apparent, with vanilla frosting, mandarin peel, honey, floral notes, pound cake, and slightly yeasty freshly baked bread. Bright and fruity on the palate, bursting with orchard fruit, pepper, ground ginger, malt, and caramel, with later notes of pomegranate and goji berry. The intensely fruity finish bursts with red apple. This takes water well, bringing out additional citrus notes. (U.S. exclusive)
