On the palate, cherries and strawberry shortcake shine, with honey, cinnamon, and corn sweetness. Straightforward and approachable, this fruity bourbon also shows apples, pears, and fresh whipped cream. The finish is dessert-like, with vanilla ice cream sundae and a shake of nutmeg.
