Distilled at Midleton’s microdistillery and finished for 3–6 months in amburana casks, this serves up aromas of toffee, crushed cardamon pod, chocolate shavings, and tree bark. The palate shows Oreo cookies, honey, clove, vanilla seeds, and Smucker’s Magic Shell, with hints of mint, ginger, cinnamon stick, and chocolate muffin, then an actively spicy finish with flavors of Monin hazelnut syrup.
