Lovely balance on an inviting nose with beautiful dark berry alongside cinnamon roll, honey graham crackers, and brown sugar. With water, vanilla icing and roasted coffee emerge. The superb balance carries over to the palate, which adds black pepper and dark chocolate to the sustained cinnamon spice. Raspberry jam, rich chocolate, and deep spice on the finish make for quite a cohesive experience. Well-made and consistent throughout.
