On the palate that fruit mixes with caramel, new wood, barrel char, and hints of coffee cake, with a lovely creamy texture. Vanilla cream and rich chocolate highlight a dessert-like finish. Ohio-grown soft red winter wheat lends sweetand smooth qualities.
