This combines all three styles of Midleton pot still, drawing from five casks, including one parcel finished in mizunara oak for 6 years. Aromas of exotic spices, vanilla fudge, spiced honey, dried pineapple, lemon curd, sandalwood, ginger root, polished wood, and dark chocolate. Combining pot still spices and spicy mizunara oak makes for pretty special whiskey, with gorgeous layers of tropical fruit, honey, shredded ginger, and shiso leaf.
